Puerto Leda before the Project started

Formation of Japanese National Messiah(JNM) for the project

TF nominated Mr. Takeru Kamiyama as a head of the project. Also, TF divided JNMs in two groups: 

1. Pantanal group and 

2. Amazon group

Basically, members of Pantanal group are, in routine, to work in Leda and Amazon group members are to raise fund to support the project.

Organization to develop the project: Association for Sustainable Development in the North and South America (ASD-NSA) is named by TF. The Office of ASD-NSA is set up in Japan, USA and Paraguay.

Fund

All necessary fund to carry out the project are donated by JNMs. TF instructed that each JNM should donate 50,000US$ to support the project. 

Activities

Construction of facilities: International Seminar House( 300 people to be accommodated with Library and Computer room), Dining Room, Pools and Shower Rooms, 2 Guest Houses, 5 dormitories for students and workers, Electric Generator Room, 2 Sanitation Facilities, Water Tower, House and Dining Room for cowboys etc.,

Projects: Educational exchanges, Experimental Farm, Re-forestation, Pasture, Service for local communities etc.,

Hobby Industry: Ecological-Tourism, Fishing, Hunting, Horse-riding, Bird-watching, etc.,
